Verified card compatibility
A Computer Compatible with the Card You Already Own
The most common reason customers come to DuroPC is an interface card — avionics bus, instrumentation, GPU, PCIe, legacy PCI or ISA — that has to keep working in a current, supportable computer. The cards below have been installed and verified in DuroPC systems; each family page lists models, part numbers, and the platforms they run in.
MIL-STD-1553 PCIe and PCI interface cards from DDC, Ballard/Astronics, ABACO and Alta Data, verified in DuroPC rackmount systems for avionics bus test and integration.
4 verified cards
National Instruments PCIe-8381 and PCIe-8371 MXI-Express host adapters verified in DuroPC rackmount systems for PXI/PXIe chassis control in automated test stands.

What to send for a compatibility review
A compatibility review starts from your card, not from our catalogue. Send the seven things below and an engineer replies with what we have on record for that card, what would need testing, and which DuroPC models are candidates.
- Card make, model and part number
- The exact part number from the label or the invoice, not the marketing name.
- Bus and slot
- PCI, PCI-X, PCIe (and lane width), ISA, PXI/PXIe; full-height or low-profile bracket.
- Operating system and version
- And whether it can change.
- Driver version
- And where it came from: vendor, OS in-box, or built in-house.
- The host it runs in today
- Make and model. If that model is discontinued we start from the closest current one.
- What it connects to
- One line, nothing confidential: bus type, instrument, process.
- A photo of the card's bracket
- Email it — the forms do not take attachments.
