Every card below has been installed and verified in a DuroPC system. MIL-STD-1553 avionics bus work is the most common reason customers bring us an interface card: automated test stands, qualification rigs and integration labs need the card they already own running reliably in a current, supportable computer — often alongside ARINC 429, GPIB and serial cards in the same chassis.
The 1553 vendor ecosystem we work with spans Data Device Corporation (DDC), Ballard Technology (Astronics), ABACO Systems, Alta Data Technologies and Excalibur Systems, across PCI, PCIe and PXIe form factors. When a card and platform interact badly below the operating system — as with MCTP protocol traffic on certain PCIe topologies — DuroPC's engineering support extends to custom BIOS modifications, not just card swaps.

Data Device Corporation AceXtreme BU-67106K / BU-67206K(BU-67106K, BU-67206K)
4-channel, dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553 PCIe card with onboard DMA and MSI interrupt support. Verified under sustained 1553 bus load on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 in a high-slot-count RX610 + EXP500-8 configuration.
On platforms whose stock BIOS cannot disable MCTP per slot, this card's PCIe link can destabilize under load. DuroPC engineered a per-slot MCTP disable into the RX610 BIOS — see the case study.
Ballard Technology (Astronics) LE1553-5/1MT(LE1553-5/1MT)
PCI MIL-STD-1553 interface card, verified in DuroPC systems — a common fit for programs keeping legacy PCI-bus test equipment in service.
ABACO Systems RPCIE-1553(RPCIE-1553)
High-density PCIe MIL-STD-1553 interface, verified in DuroPC systems.
Alta Data Technologies PCIE1L-1553(PCIE1L-1553)
Multi-channel PCIe MIL-STD-1553 bus interface card, verified in DuroPC systems.

A DDC AceXtreme MIL-STD-1553 PCIe card triggered random full-system reboots under bus load on RHEL 8. The root cause was MCTP PCIe traffic the stock BIOS couldn't disable — so DuroPC engineered a per-slot MCTP disable option into the firmware.
